AC180P Screen Bugging out, then error?

I’ve recently purchased a “AC180P” after charging and doing a test run for an upcoming trip, i have encountered an error. I’ve attempted to find troubleshooting guides with no success. I would rather attempt a hard reset if possible, as time is limited. Thank you for any direction your able to provide.

In the first photo and video the issues is seen as it was discovered. The second image shows what it looks like now, and continues to show after several hours of cool down.
I’ve attempted to include video, however i can only provide a link as it is too big.

Hi @TSAccount

i´ve seen this error on other posts here and i think they are needed a repair.

@BLUETTI_CARE Can you confirm its a hardware related failure and cant be solved by firmware?

greetings
Erik

Hi @TSAccount, regarding this issue, if a restart doesn’t work, the only option is to arrange for a warranty repair.

@Selfmadestrom and @Ktt’s suggestions are correct. Please contact us and provide your order information so that we can arrange this for you.

If you have any questions about how to reach the appropriate customer service team or concerns about the service process, please send us a private message with your order information so that we can arrange priority service for you.

I apologize for the late reply, I am on the road since the morning after my post

I’ve attempted normal level restarts with no change in behavior. I have updated the firmware and the problem persists. I have attempted complete battery drains and full recharge with restarts.

It seems to be a screen issue. It seems to not be effecting the actual performance of the power supply. On the app, it seems to display accurate battery percentage, and controls through the app seem to operate normally. Aside from the screen issues, it seems to be doing well, and fits my needs well. I am using it on the road as a primary drive for an air fryer on the road, and a backup power supply for a refrigerator/freezer. I am keeping an eye on it.

Ill reach out to support once I get home, which should be later this week. Thank you all for your response!
