Hi,
Display does not show AC wattage input. I’m using the AC charge cable. Yes it’s plugged in ;-)
The power button won’t turn the unit on or off from what I can tell.
Pushing DC-AC does not make access to the settings happen.
There is a red Low Voltage icon on the display.
The display comes on briefly (5sec) as if cycling then goes dark for several minutes. Touching the power button does not make it come on.
Just for giggles I plugged a small fan into the AC out but of course it didn’t work.
I think I got a dud.
Service contacted me and requested video to document the issue. Video and s/n sent.
Hopefully they can help you! Thanks for letting us know
Service finally got back to me. More pictures required for the privilege of them to fix the unit.
WTF. I wish I had researched Bluetti more. Fix it and sell it as refurbished. It’s broken. Replace with a new one.
I asked for a full refund if they can’t send out a new unit.
