I’m waiting on my AC300 with two B300 batteries. There’s a lady nearby selling two panels designed for her roof. They are 330 W and 45.9 V VOC. She hasn’t posted pictures of the connectors or anything. Will the panels work and what should I be looking out for?
Those should be compatible with your AC300 and can be connected in series. If they have MC4 connections (which most do) then you should be good to go.

They would be great. The AC300 has 2 inputs, so if that’s all the panel you have, then just plug each of them into one input. Don’t even serially connect them. This way, if one is shaded, it won’t affect the operations of the other.
