An update - I’ve tried plugging the neutral ground bonding plug into the AC60. I’ve also plugged in the cord that is hard wired into the outlet. The outlet lights up (green light in the corner), but I don’t have power when I plug a light into it.
I’ve tried posting videos, but get a message that my post has been hidden. Can you help with this? I’ve tried a different service (box, was originally trying dropbox but got a system message saying that I couldn’t post with that service).
Trying to share a video to show the setup and problem as requested!
Hi @Christastic, Thank you for providing the video. Based on the current situation, if the AC60 can directly power the lamp, this rules out issues with the AC60 itself. We believe the problem may be related to the socket or cables.
Please use a multimeter to test whether the socket has voltage output. If there is no voltage, it can be confirmed that the problem lies with the socket itself.
Dear @Christastic thank you for explaining everything so carefully. Like @BLUETTI_CARE said the problem lies on the receptacle itself: that socket has an electronic GFCI protection circuit that is not immediately providing power for security reasons.
If you power it on from the AC60 and the light is immediately GREEN, it means it’s wired upside down.
Please remove the receptable and wire the input AC power on its LINE input.
After you do this:
power AC on from the AC60
the light on the receptable becomes RED and then OFF
press the RESET button
the light becomes GREEN and you can now use the outlet
