The 12volt CPAP adapter is definitely the way to go, it saves me 10% per night with my preferred settings,rather than a cold nose with them off. It’s hard with summer camping to keep the Air conditioning and the refrigerator running all night and not having to use the 110volt adapter keeps the CPAP running on DC to DC. My gripe with the AC 200P is the lack of compatibility with extension batteries and Solar Panels, works great with solar alone.
