Very long charging EB70 (Over 10 hours)

My EB70 takes a very long time to charge. The last time it was armed was 11 o’clock. from an AC outlet (220). The charging cycle looks strange (fans buzz for 1-5 minutes, then they are silent for 5-10 minutes). When the fans are running, the input voltage = 200. When silent, the input drops to almost 0.

Maybe someone has dealt with this problem?

Please try fully discharging your battery until your unit shuts down using no more than 50% of the rated load and then fully recharging it using utility power. Your battery meter may be off a bit and this procedure can re-calibrate it.
