The AC200Max always displays the battery at 100%, and it does not decrease.

Hi there,

I am experiencing an issue with my AC200Max. The battery percentage is always displayed as 100% and does not decrease, regardless of usage.

I have tried updating the software, but this has not resolved the issue.

Could you please assist me with this problem?

Have you drained the 200 max under a good load until the battery is empty and then recharged to full immediately afterward? If not, I suggest giving that a try to re-calibrate the state of charge estimate.

Hi @mmul, I agree with @Scott-Benson’s opinion, please calibrate the AC200MAX, it does help to resolve this problem.
Meanwhile, can you tell us the SN number and BMS version of your AC200MAX? We will check if it is the latest one.

Thank you for the replay. After fully discharging and recharging the battery, everything started working well.
