T500 Adapter - Availability

This question is especially to BLUETTI Admin:
I bought on the European website from Bluette 1 month ago to pieces of T500 Adapter. So far no delivery and no information when the adapter will be available again and when can I expect the Adapters at my house?
No answer at all from Bluetti service so far!
Hopefully BLUETTI Admin here in the community can give us an answer.

I’m just another user so I can’t help you directly, but it may help Bluetti support if you mention your order number so they can look up the status of it.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have just got an E-Mail from Bluetti that it should be in stock End of January again. We will see …
