If you want to use the same connectors for the DC input charging cable or port, the inner conductors must be swapped with each other to get the correct gender for the plug. The inner conductor piece comes out after removing a silver colored flat C shaped clip with the sharp edge of a knife. Once that is removed, the inner conductor piece pushes out and can be changed with the other fitting included.
