Of the 200 watt panels, there’s PV200 and SP200.
What are the differences. What should be used with the AC200MAX?
PV200 is more efficient. Other than that it doesn’t matter which you use. Fortunately you have the AC200MAX, so one panel will work. With the AC200P one panel doesn’t meet the minimum voltage requirement.
Keep in mind that even in the extreme best-case, one 200W panel will take more than 10-12 hours of sunlight to charge. 2-4 in series is much more realistic.
The PV will tolerate a certain portion of the panel being shaded with a lesser % of output loss than the SP. In full sun, you won’t notice any difference.
