discharged it 3 times it keeps shutting down around 32%. when charging it will get to 99% and charge at a rate of 268watts for 10+ minutes till it gets there.
@ChrisTheGr8est If the cycles of charge and discharge can’t correct the SOC, you can contact the after-sale support to repair it.
ok so I drained it again from 100% and it said it would last 5 hours and it did, but after the display started to go down the remaining time wasn’t accurate. and it shut off at 35% so it’s using the full battery just not displaying accurate information, i dont want to send it in if anything I’ll take it apart myself and disconnect the display ribbon cable to reset it maybe. but i wont do that right away since it technically it is working.
