Hello, I know you are busy with orders but Ive ordered your item 5 days ago, is it really so complicated to get a reply on email? I ve wrote to both of your emails such a service@bluettipower.com and sale-eu@bluettipower.com but no replies for me there:( the thing is - I dont even know if you still support delivery to Ukraine and Im kinda worried that right now I`m struggling in need of power station and I could invest it into buying it here instead of wasting so much time… please, could you inform me at least about order status?
