Share Bluetti device

Hi guys
trying to share my Bluetti but nothing works
qr code is generating, but i scan it on other account nothing happens
need help

It should be possible to share the device out by operating it in the app. Please see the screenshot for details.

Hi, when I try to share another cell phone, I get the error message “Device sharing group does not exist.”

both devices are iPhone’s and each have a different account

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
