Server Connection Failed - AC500

Received my new AC500… had the app (v 1.3.6) connected via bluetooth for a day or so. Configured the app to connect to the combo via wifi, and 15 min after it was connected, it now produces an error on the app called Server Connection Error. Please Try again later. My wifi is working fine, and on the control panel of the unit both BT and wifi are active, but disconnected. Power cycled both the app and the combo same result. Deleted the combo fro the app, and re-bound it… same issue Thoughts?

@rattzmt Please login to your account first and then try connecting to the device via Bluetooth.
