‘Restore Factory Settings’ is directly after ‘Sleep Time’. Perhaps you don’t have the latest firmware update…?
Thank you very much @FncRnr! This is very helpful. I’m not sure what is up with my device. I guess I will have to wait for the BLUETTI support to solve my issue. I installed all the firmware updates that were available and all the updates succeeded without any errors. Maybe something didn’t get applied.
