Recharge at 80%? Or let it run down to zero?

Hi! New EB3A owner here. I use the unit with shop lights in two storage units, as I get them organized.

When I’m done for the day, the unit is down to 80%.

Should I recharge at that point? Or just go a few more times, and let the battery draw way down?

This is my first LiFePO4 battery - I want to take care of it.

Thanks!

LFP cells can be run down to zero with no damage because the internal BMS will protect the battery. But you can also recharge it again although you are reducing the cycles each time. My recommendation is to keep using you EB3A untill it reaches zero, then fully recharge it.
