PS54 - Input value 23W after a few seconds of charging only!

Dear friends,

I have a BLUETTI PS54 power station, and after a few weeks of using it in Always-On mode with my internet router (output 5W), I noticed that the input power is only 23W. I am using the original 200W power supply included in the kit.

When I connect the power supply, the input power initially shows about 199W, but after a few seconds, it decreases to 23W. Recently, I’ve experienced a couple of blackouts in Ukraine, and the power station doesn’t have enough time to charge with such low input power.

Could you please share any advice on how to fix this issue?

Hi @Serhii1, We are concerned that this issue might be related to low or unstable grid voltage.

Could you use a multimeter to test the grid voltage? Once we have that information, we will proceed with further troubleshooting.
