Problem with Shipping to Austria

Hello,

I need some help with my order.

I’ve ordered a Bluetti EB150 on 20th March and on 23rd March I’ve got an E-Mail that is was shipped including the tracking number.
But since 25th March it stays at the parcel delivery center of DPD and they will not ship it to me. I contacted DPD and they are saying that they are missing some documents.

I’ve contacted Bluetti at sales-eu@bluettipower.com, and the answer was, that i should go to delivery center and pick it up.
But that’s impossible because DPD will not hand it over to me.

Can somebody help me with this problem?

I don’t think you are going to be able to resolve your issue on this forum page. I suggest you contact Sales-eu@bluettipower.com again and let them know specifically which documents are missing so that they can resolve the issue.
