Good afternoon, I too want to buy a BLUETTI AC180P as a UPS for my computer.
I understand it is sold out due to these bugs and I have to wait for it to be repaired? Can I buy it from another store and use it or wait for a new revision?
And has everyone gotten the normal firmware already, or do I need to post here after purchase and wait for an update for my device only?

Hello everyone, for customers above who have already provided the SN code and DSP version number, I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow and test if the issue is resolved.

Hi @kirillDevPro , Thank you for your interest in the AC180P. We have already fixed this issue with DSP v2088.04, and you can resolve it by upgrading the firmware. If our official store is out of stock, I recommend purchasing from other authorized dealers that have it in stock, and then upgrading it yourself.
You can post the SN number and DSP version here or email our customer service team to get the upgrade service. If you are in the US, the customer service email is service@bluettipower.com.

My new AC180P have issue with UPS mode : when grid getting off, the station fully swiched off ( offen but not always). ECO modes are off. Could you please send a fixed firmware. Thank you.
