Problem in joining sale-FR@bluettipower.com mail address to obtain invoices of my recent orders

I tried to reach Bluetti sales Team via the email address sale-FR@bluettipower.com but no one answered me.

I did not receive invoices of my recent orders.
Can you help me to get in touch with them, please ?
