Dear @BLUETTI team, re. order SPF-EU-24812:

  • Placed and paid on November 30.
  • Until now, no update and no communication.
  • Multiple e-mails to sale-eu(at)bluettipower.com are ignored.

I understand the surge in orders and difficulties with fulfillment, however, let’s be professional: if there is a delay, please communicate it and let us know current timeline—we need to plan ahead. I hope this makes sense to you. Thank you!
