Order was not delivered & there is no response from the relevant services

Order SPF-EU-12148. Ordered 18.11.2022.
Still not delivered. Several letters on sale-eu@bluettipower.com - remained unanswered.
May I ask admin to chech whats going on.

Angeblich geliefert (DPD) ist aber nicht angekommen !

The same with our order SPF-EU-25408.
Ordered and paid on 30.11.22 and since that time noone is responding our emails. What is the fate of our order? Was it shipped? When it will be shipped, if it wasnt, may i ask?
