Now what do you suppose the chances are that I lose internet just as I lost wifi on the AC500 during that Firmware Upgrade?

The App started acting funny just as I saw there was a Firmware Upgrade available, so I followed the instructions and clicked on it. Firmware successfully upgraded but now it’s lost wifi; Bluetooth only now.

Coincidentally, I looked over and my wifi modem was blinking, meaning it’s not connected to my ISP. I rebooted it and my router and it was still out. About an hour later it’s back up but the AC500 wifi is still down. What’s crazy is my Internet is extremely reliable, but it picks this precise moment to go down.

So now what? I only use Bluetooth anyway because it’s faster, but it looks like that Firmware Update knocked out the wifi. I tried rebooting the AC500 to no avail.

sometimes its possible to push a updatet firmware or rollback the previos one with the help of @BLUETTI or @BLUETTI_CARE . Maybe one of you guys can help @St8kout with this firmware problem and let on of the engeeniers push a update/rollback?

@St8kout Did you remember the firmware version you have updated? Normally, firmware updates will not affect the connection of WIFI. Could you please take a shot video about configuring WiFi？

Please reset the AC500 first.
Then log the AC500 out of your Bluetti account and then log it in again (with Bluetooth). Reinstall the app and then it works.
