Hi all, does anyone have a contact address for bluetti? I power up my AC200p the green light turns on I get an initialising message on the LCD screen and then nothing more! I emailed service@poweroak.net and they told me to contact amazon UK. Does anyone have an email address or phone no.? Any help would be appreciated!?
