I completely agree. I stopped recommending Bluetti to others a few months ago.
There is no excuse for such a poor and destructive series of app and firmware updates, not to mention their almost non-existent customer service. This could be fine if the product price was cheap, but not – it’s the same as other reliable brands.
It’s like they’re doing everything possible to actively push customers away :D
It’s completely laughable and embarrassing to the company, given how many other companies (large or small) have no problems with apps and firmware, or basic customer support.
I’ve never encountered a product with as many issues.
It’s all a disaster and one of the reasons I’ll never buy Bluetti again, until they get their business together.
When the time comes to need additional solar batteries, I’m going with EcoFlow.
