Need a new powersupply...?

I have been trying to contact support with no successes. My power supply for one of my EB240’s is dead…
It should still be in warranty but with no response from support I’ll just buy one so at lease i can use the unit.
Where can I order one?

I’m really disappointed that it’s been 2 days and still haven’t heard anything from the company… Called and couldn’t even leave a voicemail because the voicemail box was full…
I was going to order more of these units for my company but… looks like Jackery is going to get my business now… very sad when you spend so much…
