My two batteries don’t charge equally

Hi I have a ac500 with two b300s and they don’t charge equally, one 80% and the other 10%, what’s wrong with it

Sounds like you need to recalibrate the BMS - suggest you check to see if any firmware updates and then do the recalibrate process.

  1. Please do a full cycle of charge and discharge to recalibrate the SOC.
  2. Kindly provide me with the SN of the AC500 and the firmware version of the batteries, then I can check if there is a new firmware.
