Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, I upgraded my DSP firmware from v2126.02 to v2126.03. It’s been about a week of testing, and it hasn’t turned off during this period, so it looks like it helped. Thanks a lot!!!

I guess I have the same problem, during last month I have blackouts 4-5 times a day, and for 1 last week 1-2 times my AC180 just shuts off, I’ve tried to search for some logs in app but there is none. Maybe it needs to update firmware to.

Hello!
I got the same problem, my AC180 shut down with 100% and UPS mode is ignored.
As temporary solution I set display sleep to Never, it helps for now, but I don’t want to keep it.
Could you check maybe I need to update my firmware too?
