My brand new AC180 shuts off completely when AC charge is 100% after 30 min. How do I handle this? Cannot use as a USP.

Does this happen when there is no load, or a very small load, connected? If so they you may need to turn off the ECO mode for the AC output.
Same problem, AC180 randomly shuts down, doesnt matter if battery is full or not or if its plugged in or not.
I have corroded electronics inside my ac180. Can I have it repaired under warranty?
AC180. My AC180 turns itself off even when not in ECO mode, making it a poor choice as a UPS. I understand from this thread that there is a firmware update available to be pushed to our machine. Please do so for me. Thank you.
