My AC200P is Dead and Support is not helping

My AC200P has been stored for 6 months at 100%, went to turn it on and it beeps real loud and turns off after about 10 seconds or so. I purchased this from Bluetti in April 2021. I cant find my reciept email or my order number. It seems without the order number they will not help me nor will they really try to help me find the order number. The Telephone Customer Service is like talking to a robot with no help just canned responses. ANY IDEAS??

@Bige311 Do you remember which platform you buy from, like the Official website, eBay, or Amazon? If you buy from the Official website, we may find your order number with the name or delivery address used to place the order. You can send me a private message and I will check for you. For other platforms, it is hard for us to find your order details.

Regarding the problem with AC200P, that means you can’t charge AC200P anymore and it can’t be turned on, right?
