Just wanted to give Annie on the Bluetti customer service some kudos here. We need to move our EP500Pro cross country and the service team was nice enough to send new packaging (the very sturdy box and foam inserts) to help ensure the move goes well - since we’d recycled the original packing. Very unexpected and appreciated. Above and beyond. Awesome support. (not looking for any replies).
