I noticed the Mc4 to xt90 wire is 14guage then that steps down to 16awg for the xt90 to Aviation plug. Seems really small. I have about 20 feet of 10 guage going to it from my panels. I also just got 200 more watts of solar for a total of 420watts usable. Wondering if i should upgrade the mc4 to xt90 to 10 guage as well.

Not necessary because when you wire you connect your panels together you raise the voltage. When you raise the voltage you can carry more electricity with the same size of wire. The amperage (current) will not increase whether a single panel is used of four connected together in series since only the voltage will increase which is a good thing.
