Kudos to Bluetti Care for replacing my AC 180 (non-functioning USB C port) with just a 6 day turnaround from California to Texas and back. The return instructions were clear and straightforward. Can’t ask for better service than that. (Having to manhandle the AC 180 when it is in its box really makes you appreciate the handles on the unit when it’s out of the box.)
