Just now, the touch screen lit up and won’t turn off

Update: Mike from Bluetti said to do a Factory Reset, which fixed it.
.
Thanks, Mike

The screen is still set to 30 seconds autosleep. There are no alarms, nothing out of the ordinary.
. It was displaying the DC output screen, but nothing is amiss. (DC output is off).
.

I went to the Home screen, nothing out of the ordinary there. It just stays lit up.
.

I tried changing the time to sleep on the app to 1 min but it’s still lit.
.

Not showing any updates due.
.
I turned the brightness all the way down to avoid burn-in. Now when I touch it it gets a bit brighter as if it thinks it was off.
.
Any ideas?

@St8kout Glad to know that your AC500 display issue has been resolved.
Yes, there is usually an option to restart the machine or restore the factory first.
You can also use the app to see if it can be controlled properly.

I was reluctant to do a factory reset because I thought I’d have to re-setup everything as on day one; serial numbers, bluetooth, wifi, password, etc.

The app is way easier than having to get on the floor to read the screen and go through the menus :stuck_out_tongue:
