Out of the blue the AC500 touchscreen lit up and would not go back to sleep, even though it’s set for 30 seconds. I never use it anyway; only the APP.

The remedy is to reboot the system, as in power down and back up. Forget Factory Reset.
I find it best to just wait until dark as it won’t shut down if power is still coming in from your solar panels. Then just turn off your AC output and press the power button. Yeah, in a hurry you can just disconnect the PV cable, but mine in behind two stacks of B300s.

Reboot also works if you lose Bluetooth and can’t reconnect. It happens.
