It doesn’t seem that bright but when you’re camping out in the middle of nowhere it’s like daylight. It would be nice if the display would go to sleep after a few seconds. Tap to wake back up.

Quicker to mod the hardware yourself. If it is the same as the P model, you would have to take it apart anyway to update firmware since the sdcard slot is inside. But since you are inside then just wire a simple switch, and maybe switch the induction pads as well, maybe switch the power lead to the ligth inside the power switch also (who choose green dude wtf)
Totally agree. It’s bright and uses power.
