I have made an order yesterday and added wrong email address in there. I wrote to firstname.lastname@example.org about it but not a single answer. Money was taken from my credit card but I still don’t know a track number or anything at all about my order. Also there are not full info in delivery.
Order was made for Bluetti EB3A. Email with the details which I have sent to the support was sent from email@example.com
I can send more details in private message but I don’t see any button in here to do it
