I didn't receive full order only part of order

Hello,
I bought BLUETTI EB3A + PV120 Solar generator kit.
Other tracking number:
01045245560630(PV120),02655058573187

When I received and opened the package from Bluetti I didn’t see PV120 Solar generator inside. I didn’t get solar panels. Please answer me as soon as possible. I need it very urgently, because I am from Ukraine, and we constantly have no electricity.
