I’ve been using the above unit for over a year. Last year the charge went from 100% to 35% overnight while turned off and not in use. Tech support had me send it in so they could reset the BMS. I sent it in and it was returned and has worked fine since. My question, is how can I reset the BMS myself? I purchase this for emergency power and I need to learn how to do this reset. Thanks!
