How can I get an AC200L (or any Bluetti products) shipped to Mexico?

I tried last year from Amazon.com.mx, Amazon Mexico, and the product never arrived; I was able to cancel the order after waiting months with the status as pending. It was strange.

@ssenatori I suggest you reach out to the shop’s customer service via Amazon’s internal mail to ask for specifics. Shipping to Mexico is not currently supported on the BLUETTI official website.
