Hi there,

I can’t seem to find any info related to the Home Smart Panel here in Australia. I’d basically like to hook up my AC300 to my home in order to use it through the wall sockets. Any info I’ve found so far only relates to US, and I can’t reach Bluetti through their email either.
I’ve also done some research so to find an alternative to Bluetti’s brand (ie Automatic Transfer Switch), but my knowledge is quite low; I’m not sure which one to choose nor whom can install it for me.
Anyone in Australia that can shed some light here?

@Marcos Hi, currently the Home Smart Panel is not available in AU due to the high voltage. I’ve sent you a guiding document on How to build a partial home backup system for AC300, please check your private message.
