Hi @Bohdan_D, Regarding this issue, please note that after updating the PBOX, the SN code of the EP760 will no longer be usable—only the SN code of the new PBOX can be used for connection. Please test this and let us know if it works.

Thank you for your attention to my problem.

As I described earlier, I can connect to PBOX23…62 via Bluetooth, which is visible in the Bluetooth section (last screenshot). But, the functionality is limited (compared to the possible connection via My Devices) and Wi-Fi control and remote control via the cloud are not available. Also, the possibility of subsequent software updates even via Bluetooth is inactive.

Later today, when I am near the station, I will try to connect as you indicated. If it does not work, I will contact you via message to get the contact of a technical specialist.

Following your advice, I successfully added PBOX to My Devices and connected to Wi-Fi. PRO mode in the app is active and accessible.

Good afternoon, I expect you to solve this problem. It seems that the problem is the software update, this needs to be solved. Your EP760 device lost communication after the update. According to your recommendation above, the Pro mode did not appear in the app. I tried logging and reinstall the app. I live in Ukraine, where the power grid is constantly being shelled and there are constantly blackouts. После получения доступа к ПРО я удалил привязку к неактивныму ЕР760. Затем через блютуз в меню “Додати пристрій” заново добавил контроллер в качестве нового устройства (PBOX…). После этого появилась возможность дообновить прошивки и настроить связь с облаком через вай-фай

У меня все было точно так, как в вашем видео. Я неоднократно перезагружал контроллер и перелогинивался в приложении. Пока не появился режим ПРО

Прошу прощения, режим ПРО появился после активации по той ссылке? Они мне тоже подтвердили продвинутого пользователя, но в приложении ничего не изменилось. Прошло уже 24часа минимум, после подтверждения.

Да, сначала активация по ссылке. Потом прошло какое-то время, и режим ПРО не появлялся. Я еще раз пытался пройти активацию по ссылке, но получал автоответ, что уже активировано. Потом в какой-то момент все появилось. Думаю, что такие сроки связаны с разницей во времени между нами и поддержкой. К тому моменту, как мы активно что-то делаем и экспериментируем, у них, возможно, уже заканчивается рабочий день

Огромное спасибо. Буду ждать появления Про. Хоть появилась надежда на решение вопроса. Оказываеться у нас вообще нет специалистов по Bluetti. Я прозвонил людей которые их продают, налатчиков ноль( Еще раз огромное спасибо, за оперативный и ясный ответ. Берегите себя.

Thank you for the feedback, it would be good if you clarified the date of the Pro mode. Because it’s not clear how long to wait or whether it’s worth it. I’ll wait, and if the regime doesn’t appear within a couple of days, I’ll get back to you. Thank you, so much.
