Unit is rarely used and less than a year old. Will not power on unless hooked to the grid. No off grid power, period. Will not discharge DC on the grid. Will discharge AC on grid, only.
I leave for a two week in trips in two weeks where this is my source of power. Please help!

I am having the exact same issue with my EB3A…had only since June of last year and rarely used but to power an occasional 60 watt fan…I have a ticket in but this is making me think twice about purchasing further units from Bluetti
