Who would I contact regarding a failed Power Brick?

The brick no longer sends power to my AC200. I have performed diagnostics to the power supply leading to the brick and the signal stops there. After checking source and extension cable, still no Red light no sound no smell no signal. Power Brick is dead.
At this time I do not have the solar charging option and I rely on AC power to keep my Bluetti charged. Please help. I should still be under warranty; IndieGoGo or Bluetti extended.

Here is the contact information to get your issue resolved. They will want your contribution number, model and serial number when you communicate with them. I think all the replacement chargers are the new style with internal fans. Cooler running but more noise.

Thank you. Is that the serial number for the ac200 or the brick itself? Other than this , there has no other issue with the ac200 and we are very pleased with its function and reliability .
