EP800 or Apex 300 + B300K?

Hi all, I have a grid tied 7kW PV system with microinverters. I live in an area where power outages can’t last longer than an hour. Powerwall/EP800 + B500, I feel is an overkill - I may be wrong. I am also a camping enthusiast. I seem to love Apex 300 + B300K. Can it be integrated with my home PV system? I don’t see the need to connect all the home appliances to storage. May be the refrigerator and the microwave in the kitchen, I guess. I have a couple of small sogens like EB3A to take care of lights etc. Suggestions and expert advice is appreciated.

The Apex 300 system is compatible with your current solar system. If your solar panels exceed the VOC range of the Apex 300, you may consider purchasing a SolarX 4K accessory.
The following is the SolarX 4K user manual for your reference.

I have to wonder where you live in that your power outages “can’t last longer than an hour”! Is that like a law? LOL
My primary reason for upgrading from a fairly robust AC300 w 4xB300 system to a dual Apex 300 with those 4-B300’s PLUS the included TWO B300K’s is to dramatically increase my off-grid storage! Not only for power outages, and trust me there’s gonna be more to come…but also just to achieve as much off-grid capability as I can. Of course my only concern/worry is how WELL is the Apex 300 inverter/battery made? Will it last 10 years? I’m 71…so I probably only have 10 years left on earth anyway. But I’m also having FUN with this! My AC300 system is “fed” with 4 large panels…1.4 KW total. I’m upgrading to 6 larger ones–about 3.2 KW!! I want these batteries charged fast! Not to brag but I also have a 14.4KW grid-tied system w/micro-inverters. It’s great! No electric bills!
