TODAY LDC DISPLAY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS…IF I TOUCH ON THE BORDERS THE “BIP” SOUND WORKS BUT ANYTHING ELSE.
I HAVE ALREADY SWITCH OFF THE POWERSTATION AND RE-ACTIVATED IT, NOTHING HAPPENS,LCD STILL DARK.
Could someone help me?

If the power on, the switch button is on but the display is not lit? If the display does not light up, you need to contact customer service at service@bluettipower.com to register for return and repair processing.

I talked to service, I don’t know what caused the LCD stop working.
They sent me a repaired ESP500Pro repaired.
