Does anyone know the difference between the idle power consumption of the EP500 vs. the EP500 Pro? I assume the Pro has a higher idle consumption due to the larger inverter, but has anyone quantified how much more it uses?
hi @Mlummus , At 120V with neither AC nor DC on, the no-load power consumption of EP500 is about 8.7W, and the no-load power consumption of EP500PRO is about 19.6W.
On my EP500 (not Pro) I am seeing 18-20 Watts idle. In my testing, DC/AC on don’t change that much; somewhat surprising.
Is this Wifi or Bluetooth related?
