@BLUETTI_CARE, I need the bluetti_device_licence.csv, but I cannot send you a private message. Thank you for your support!

@BLUETTI_CARE I have been waiting for a response for 20 days. I need the bluetti_device_licence.csv. Please write to me as I am unable to write to you.

Hi @siriusnitro, we have got in touch with you via private message.
Please check your new message.

@BLUETTI_CARE I would also appreciate a private message as I try to make my AC200Max communicate with HomeAssistant. Thank you.

AC200MAX doesn’t use encryption because it was a model released before they started adding it. Your Bluetooth connection issue is probably caused by the integration you are using. Many integrations now have issues with newer versions of Home Assistant due to changes in Python and asyncio-mqtt.

I recommend this addon which currently works on latest HAOS.

@BLUETTI_CAREHo bisogno del file bluetti_device_licence.csv, ma non posso inviarti un messaggio privato. Grazie per il tuo supporto!

Hi, @BLUETTI_CARE, I’d like to receive the bluetti_device_license.csv file for my BLUETTI Premium 200 V2 device. I want to connect it to my home automation system via esp32. I can integrate it, but I need the Bluetooth decryption keys to use bluetti-lib for communication. I can provide my serial number in a private message.

Hi @jamb2b121, we would like to help you.
We will contact you via private message next. Please keep an eye out for it.

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE,

I am developing a custom local offline dashboard for my Bluetti Elite 100 V2 on a Linux machine. I am using your official bluetti-bluetooth-lib from GitHub.

I found out that I need the bluetti_device_licence.csv file to successfully decrypt the Bluetooth V2 protocol data.

Could you please generate and send me this license file?

Thank you very much for your help and for supporting the developer community!

Best regards,Ivan
