Hey @BLUETTI_CARE, I am looking for the CSV File to enable bluetooth communication on my AC200L. I hope to create esp32 code to decrypt to MQTT for home automation. Please let me know how to securely get you my Serial #. Thank you!
Hi @jdillondavis, please click on my profile picture and contact me via private message. Kindly provide your SN number and email address so that we can follow up on this matter.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, need the CSV file for my EB3A, can’t find a way for sending MAC & email as private message.
Hi @frodofoam, To send a private message, please click on my profile picture and select “Message”.
We have already proactively sent you a private message. Please check your messages and provide the SN code of your EB3A as well as your email address. We will then activate the permission for you and send the file.
Hi, bres55.
Could you share where you put the CSV file? I’m having trouble finding it.
[cryptModule]: Bluetti crypt module version:V1.0.0-L
[cryptModule]: crypt init end
[cryptModule]:Could not open bluetti_device_licence.csv
[cryptModule]: read sn list fail
I’m also trying to figure this out through trial and error. Also, it seems that bluetti-mqtt doesn’t include the definitions for the AC180P.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Daniel
- Copy and encrypt/decrypt the authorization file to the ‘Program’ runtime directory and name it bluetti_device_licence.csv.
I Used
C:\Windows\System32 to hold the .csv file, as that is where I am running it from at the moment.
I gave up trying to get this to work many moons ago, as instructionsa are as clear as mud. I have not so far, seen anyone proudly present a working solution, here or anywhere else.
Needless to say, when my AC180, and EB3A, stop working, I will be looking elswhere for replacments, the support has been insulting.
It’s like having a key with a dodgy lock, if one keeps trying, eventually one might get lucky, so I wish you well on your efforts.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ,
I 'am trying to get my new Elite 100 V2 connected to my home automation vie bluetooth. But now it seems like I need to have a bluetti_device_licence.csv file.
Could you give me some assistance?

What can we do?
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE,
I’m in a very similar situation.
I’m trying to use my BLUETTI Handsfree 2 with
bluetti-bluetooth-lib / bluetti_mqtt, and I’m getting
the same error about missing bluetti_device_licence.csv.
It looks like Bluetooth is encrypted and I need the
device-specific licence file as well.
Could you let me know how I can get the
bluetti_device_licence.csv for my Handsfree 2?
I can provide the SN and email if needed.
Thanks!
