I cant upload a video of me hitting the power button but rest assured it does nothing when I do and it doesnt appear to be drawing any power from the AC or DC of the other 2 bluetti units.
I took this unit camping once, and it worked great the whole trip. I brought it back, plugged it in to charge back to 100% and unplugged/turned it off, and now it doesnt appear to be doing anything at all. I’m not sure if the bluetooth stays active or something when ‘powered off’. It seems like the BMS is in protect and I am unable to do anything to wake it externally.
If there is a procedure to reset the BMS please advise.
Had the same exact problem on my elite100v2 purchased in February 2026. Bluetti had me send it in for repair and after examining my unit they quickly sent me a brand new elite100v2. Total turnaround time was 19 days.
Bluetti warranty service gets my praise and thanks for prompt and excellent warranty service.
Exact same issue here. Seems pretty common with this model. Idea only a couple times and won’t turn on or respond to any trouble shooting suggestions at all. It’s just an expensive brick at this point and I need it for work on the road! What am I supposed to do?!
I ended up going through the channel I bought it from to get a replacement unit. I think bluetti has abandoned this forum so you should reach out via email or the new forum instead.
